A selected group of toolmakers will simulate in Autoform® on behalf of us their detailed process, fine tune it and offer a more detailed tool pre design and a price. Cuartari will issue a purchase proposal and help its customer choose the supplier and the process.
All toolmakers will quote according to a standard tool manufacturing norm defining concept and quality in all components (a mix between Cuartari’s and client’s).

At anytime we anticipate lead time issues: before the Buy Off our local Chinese support team will perform regular site visits to witness and show evidence of progress in materials’ purchasing, machining 2D-3D, assembly … a tooltracker document is set up and shared.
We can use client’s Tooltracker preferred document or offer our own template. Also precise pictorial documents are setup and shared to show evidence along the process.

The Cuartari buy off starts with stripe physical inspections in search of a bad execution. Then an active buy off is done in an equivalent trial press. Last, a detailed passive buy-off is done un mounting the smallest component and checking its strength and compliance with norm.
For these buy offs Cuartari use the latest technology through Australian iAuditor mobile SaaS solution, thus the client and the toolmaker het actions with evidence real time and a completion date for any non conformity.

In parallel to tools’ development Cuartari takes in charge Checking Fixtures direct purchasing using the best local specialists. Our metrologists assist in the checking fixtures buy off confirming 2D tolerances can be properly checked before shipping them to the toolmaker for parts 'inspection.
Cuartari has a checking fixtures norm equivalent to the one for tools and the control tools are built accordingly.

Cuartari will coordinate when needed the toolmakers’ visit to client’s stamping plants for first batches support and tool adjusting.
In case the client has in-house tool shop and competent toolmakers in the team, we advise the client to save home line support.
At anytime Cuartari will take in charge client’s and OEM’s hospitality in China including flights advice, hotels’ booking, commuting to different plants… we make it easy sourcing in China.
